Niagara Composites International Inc. (NCII) has been manufacturing composite flyer bows since the early 1980’s. Custom, agile, competitive, and responsive are words that describe how we procure orders, build, and supply our flyer bows to meet your specific manufacturing needs. Niagara Composite International provides the wire twisting and bunching industry with on-time delivery of competitively priced, benchmarked quality products.
NCII supplies original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), as well as aftermarket custom refits. We can produce flyer bows of any size, shape, and profile in Carbon Fiber, Glass/Kevlar/Carbon (GKC) or Fiberglass. They can be fully fitted, or produced to meet any hardware configuration. Whether supplying OEM’s, wire manufacturers or agents with products for resale, our extensive inventory of materials and hardware allow us to compete where it counts. We have flyer bow molds in stock for all major makes and models of machines.
Our bows are custom produced to client specifications. We presently manufacture approximately 80 different bows in the following range of sizes:
From 192″ in. x 6″ in. x .3/4″ in. (4876mm x 16mm x 19mm) down to 29 1/2″ in. x 1″ in. x 5/32″ in. (750mm x 25mm x 3.9mm).
We also make bows for 30+ different machines in three possible materials/configurations. Some come with narrow midsections, some with chamfers on one or both sides, and some are molded or machine grooved. They may have two different wear strips or none at all. In addition, we currently supply approximately 30 different sizes of the two principal types of eyelets/guides.
